strong WiFi throughout hotel, availability of public transportation, spacious, comfortable rooms

The air conditioning is inadequate and sounds as if it's going to explode!!! It would also be beneficial to address noise issues in the rooms, especially from the street!!!

Recently refurbished and well-appointed room, spotless bathroom with a bidet.

Excellant food, wonderful hotel, marvellous location next to metro lines. Extremely spacious and cheap rooms with nice design. Very kind stuff, free wake up calls and ironing available. What a nice stay, no reason to complain...

The big bathtub and comfy bed were the highlights of my stay. I enjoyed the live jazz in the lounge and the calming spa services available for relaxation. Just a heads up, the breakfast area is a bit of a trek down some stairs, but it's worth it for a good meal 😊

it was central to all sight seeing, value for money.

room 403 had no blinds at window too light at night, day of departure we had drinks outside and we were charged tax on them we had had drinks outside previously and we were only charged menu prices.

The hotel staff were very helpful and considerate. The sitution is ideal for seeing the city, either by walking or public transport.

The waiters in the outside restaurant were a bit offhand and a bit pushy. Warning - the pretzels are not free - they have to be paid for.

The location is unbeatable right in the heart of everything we wanted to see and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast choices were ample and quite enjoyable.

Location was very good

Tha parking lot is far from the hotel, imagine carying the luggage for almost 1 km; The room had a persistent smell, which was not very nice. I liked the design of the room, it was large enough, but it felt like it was used too many times and you could see it on the stains on the carpet. For a next stay in Prague I will choose a not so close from the town center hotel, but for a clean one.

Nice clean hotel, very well located in the midst of all activity, economical and comfortable.

Though there was an assurance of free internet usage, there was no computer available to use the internet.

The location is unbeatable, right by Wenceslas Square. Breakfast was excellent, particularly the cooked eggs , made mornings enjoyable. Noise from the street was disruptive during the night, especially with the first-floor room placement. The room had a noticeable stain on the carpet, detracting from the overall cleanliness.

Hotel staffs are nice.Location is great! Near Mustek station and shopping street and old town square.Wifi is good and there is vaio computer in the lobby that quests can use. Breakfast is good too located in the basement.

The breakfast buffet was quite extensive, including freshly cooked eggs, made mornings good. Don't forget to ask about the location of the nearby metro station, super convenient for getting around.

The location is very good as it is in the bottle of the main square, and not far from the old town, but it does take some time to walk from the central railway station, difficult for tourist with heavy luggage, unless you take a taxi or the hotel does provide some transportation, but you will have to pay for that.
